How to Order
If you have any questions, or are in any doubt about our minerals please contact us, we shall be only to happy to answer your questions.
Ordering is easy.
To place an order, send an e-mail to rodminerals@hotmail.com indicating the reference and mineral you wish to order or reserve.
I will generally respond within 24 hours confirming the specimen availability and total cost (including shipping) of your order. If you do not wish to purchase a specimen immediately, just let us know, we'll hold it for up to 15 days. The specimen will be marked "Reserved" awaiting your confirmation, then "Sold".
If we haven't heard from you within 15 days, the specimen will be put back on sale.
Shipping
Once I receive your payment I will pack the specimen and send the parcel marked "Mineral specimens for collection only, no commercial value"
There are many options to send the parcels (postal service, DHL, UPS, Fedex, etc). It depends if you want the parcel earlier or later, also you have to consider the shipping cost. When you e-mail me, I will inform you of the differents options then you can select the best for you.
You only pay 50% of the shipping cost when the order is higher than 150$
Payments
I accept payments by Wester Union, transfer bank and Paypal.

Returns
I have tried to photograph the specimens as accurately as possible. However I understand that seeing a picture of a mineral on the internet is not the same than holding the specimen itself in your hand. Once you have received your order, please send me an email to let me know if you are happy with the specimens or if you intend to return anything.
If you decide to return any specimen, let me know within 10 days from receiving it. Please, pack it carefully and send it by insured registered air mail (at your cost) so it will be possible to track. Once I have received it, in its original condition, I will refund the cost of the specimen (less the shippnig cost). If the specimen is not here in Spain in 15 days or 30 days (overseas) I will assume that you intend to keep it and I will consider it sold.
